PRODUCT INFORMATION
Design and use:
- for optimal mixing of emulsions and grinding solutions
- the device is operated by water pressure as the driving force, in this way the concentrate is sucked in
- a dosing screw enables adjustment of the desired emulsion concentration of the cooling and lubricating liquids
- the user can always start from an optimum mixing ratio once it has been determined
- the mixing ratio can be changed at any time via the dosing screw
Technical information:
The piston mixer has a water inlet, a concentrate inlet
and an outlet hose for the mixed emulsion or grinding solution.
This can be extended indefinitely without creating a vacuum in the system.
Note:
For safety reasons, we recommend the installation of a
system separator in front of the water inlet to protect against water contamination and excessive water pressure.
The piston mixer is mounted by means of a wall bracket.
